I understand that letter templates can't be formatted - even though it says in your instruction movie that they can - but now we discover we can't even embed a hotlink after the email has been created. Why is that?
Using a bulk email vendor is not the right answer. We do that for bulk emails - but not to respond to requests for information we receive each day.
