Hi anyone who can help.
I am attempting to log onto daylite and an Alert message keeps coming up "Unable to connect to the database. Too many users connected" what can i do? Regards Tony Cameron |

Hi Tony
Are you using Daylite 3.5? If so, click the Help button in the bottom left corner of the alert. It will take you to a page that has some information about solving that problem. HTH, adam |

I was perplexed by this. Turns out you need to add all your licenses to all your clients/server. So if you have three users -- 2 clients / 1 server you'll need to add all the licenses to all the machines.
This worked for me even though two licenses are DPI and one is just DayLite. |
