We have just downloaded Daylite & DMI for evaluation. Part of our evaluation process requries us to Install, then Use, then Uninstall the application.
Upon uninstalling DMI Apple Mail has become unusable. When a New mail message is created the area labelled Account (where you would normally have a choice of which account the email is to be sent from) is empty, and the body area of the email is not accessible. Additionally if you reply to a received email nothing gets sent. Is there part of the Uninstall process that has not completed successfully? Kind regards Simon |

How did you uninstall DMI? All that is required is to delete the folder in ~/Library/Mail/Bundles/ called DayLiteMailIntegration.mailbundle. This wouldn't touch any of your Mail application files or configuration, a simple restart of Mail would suffice. Nick |

Same problem here. After I uninstalled an evaluation version Mail will not send, nor will it quit and it is preventing me from restarting or shutting down.
I have deleted DMI.Mailbundle Help |

Ignore last post. Force Quitting the Mail App did the trick.
