Just booted my mac today, when I did I opened Daylite. It took about 5 minutes to connect to my OpenBase and when it did, Daylite still hung. OpenBase Manager takes a few minutes to display any databases. Once it responds, Daylite opens the main window but still keeps the Login screen open. When this happens, I cannot do anything with Daylite. I have tried Repairing permissions on OpenBase, no success. I have searched this forum and found no answers for this so far. I have 2GBs of RAM and my Macbook was working yesterday before I left the office. I have no idea what could cause this, as I have not done anything but add a new HP printer to the Mac. I doubt this would conflict with OpenBase / Daylite. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks,
Check DNS Settings. I opted to use OpenDNS.com for all my DNS and the problems disappeared. Thinking it might be related to the Mac DNS issue with one of their updates.. Good luck!
