DayLite 3.7 @ OS X 10.4.11

Every object I delete will be moved to trash ("Are you shure you want to move this <OBJECTNAME> to the trash?")
If I'm sure and continue I'll find in the trash bin.

If I delete a form (this is only possible in the "Activity" view, in the "Forms" view the Backspace-key on a highlighted form has no effect) first I get a different message:
"Are you shure you want to move this (null) to the trash?"
(null) is not the name of the form .. first hint for a bug?

And then: the form is deleted - but - it is not in the trash
I tried this with EVERY object type - they all work well but the forms.

Any idea?

I just started working with forms and had to figure out how to delete one. I found this problem to still be true.
