The manual, surprisingly, does not explain what a HUD is—it may be obvious, but I don't get it. Aslight omission.
More importantly, it does not explain how a new or personalised widget may be created. I searched the knowledgebase for "widget" and "widgets" without success. It would be nice to know the answer to both questions, and better even if the available info is updated on this point. |

You can learn how to create widgets by downloading the Daylite Developer Kit. There is a sub folder called HUD Widgets and we have 4 examples in there. Page 34 in the 'Daylite 3 Developer Kit' manual has some details. |
