Here are a couple tricks to have a smooth workflow in Daylite.
1. Selecting a contact before creating a task will create a linked task. You can do the same with organizations, groups, appointments, opportunities and projects. 2. From the detail panes and quick find window, if you click on a record, it opens the record for edit. If you hold down option and click on the record, it takes you to the record. You can also use the arrows to take you to the records as well. 3. Dragging and dropping is a quick way to link, create relationships and set roles. 4. Utilize smart lists and the shortcut bar. You can set up nine shortcuts, make these lists you use everyday. 5. Once you customize the little things (column options, window sizing, view), Daylite will remember those settings for each smart list.
