Not seen this before. How exactly are you installing it? Have you tried using Disk Utility to repair permissions on your disk? What version of Daylite, as—depending on how you are installing the widget—it is responsible for putting it in the correct place.

Hi Andy love the widget, thanks, also thanks to this forum i have had a few hic cups, but until this one i have been able to get it up and running. Andy,I am experiencing the same problem as Jamie Reynolds did late last year, i.e. no matter what i do i can't seem to get the directory path to show up. It all works fine with fetch or firefox, it just doesn't take me where i wanna go. I have tried the fix you offered Jamie. Cheers

If the directory path does not take you to where you want to go it could be a couple of things: 1) You don’t have permission to get into the target directory. 2) You are missing (or incorrectly have) a slash from the path, possibly the end. The easiest way to find the correct path is often to export a bookmark from your FTP program and see what path that has, then simply match that in the widget’s fields. HTH
