I've been evaluating Daylite for some time as an ex-Act! user desperate to migrate to the Mac world. The only thing holding me back was the mail-merge which presented a number of issues which are well documented on these forums. The only work around that remained was using the built-in word processor, but some of our county/state fields are empty - especially in London. So, a standard mail-merge left blank lines everywhere.

Anyway, I persevered and DL Support kindly assisted me with the following code for my template. So, fingers crossed, DL should be the solution for us!
